What does this PR do?
The current release process fails with
TypeError: Expectedcwdto be of typestringbut received typeundefined`` when runningpkg ..The reason is a new version of
globby@8.0.2has been release to resolve compatibility issue with dir-glob (vercel/pkg#604).We'll use vercel/pkg#603 (comment) as a fast fix
