SNOW-2338313: Support absl-py >= v2.0 as dependency

When installing this package in an environment with relatively tight constraints we stumble over some issues because the version of abseil is pretty old here. v1.4.0 was released over two years ago and is still required in the requirements.yml. Please update the tests and requirements to support absl-py versions >2.0.

Thank you for the feedback @der-eismann . We plan to remove the absl-py constraint entirely in the next release.
