Run a command after clone

I'd like to be able to fire a command before or after a clone is performed. This will aid in extra provisioning steps, e.g. adding the new host to puppet cert autosign.conf.

--post-clone-cmd option added to ezmomi version 6.2.0. You can also specify this in the config.yml as post_clone_cmd so it'll fire for every clone.
