Features/improved mobile ux

This the start of some of the UX improvements I've been very excited about finally getting to work on. Some of this work focuses on upgrading libraries, improving mobile display, improved accessibility, and also just trying to make it easier for you to see what's what in the easiest way possible.

Forgive some of the weird stuff in the screenshots - the app I use for full page screenshots seems to be acting up.

We've also upgraded to the latest version of font-awesome, so be on the lookout for any missing fonts.

Some of the big things you'll notice is that the people, hardware, etc images (if there are any) will show up front and center when you load the page on mobile, while remaining consistent with the right-side holding the images on the desktop version. We've also made the mobile icons to navigate between tabs much bigger and easier to click on.
And we new try to give you a count to see how many of the things hidden in the tabs you have before you click on it.

We're also trying to surface the fact that a user is an admin on those user pages as well.
