No password verification on user creation

Describe the bug
No error message when creating a user and typing different passwords in the two fields. Fails to verify it's the same password.

• Include any additional information you can find in storage/logs and your webserver's logs.

• Is this a fresh install or an upgrade?
• What OS and web server you're running Snipe-IT on
• What method you used to install Snipe-IT (install.sh, manual installation, docker, etc)
• Include what you've done so far in the installation, and if you got any error messages along the way.
• Indicate whether or not you've manually edited any data directly in the database

I can verify the bug, or call it problem if this is a missing feature, it is present in the demo instance on snipeitapp.com as well

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It's a regression. I have a fix awaiting PR approval right now.
