User permission

I'm currently using version 4.6.3

My intention was create a "Standard User" group that only allow a few people can log in and "Print All Assigned".

The permission that I set was grant "View" and "Edit" for Users. The rest are denied.

Upon apply those permission, the "Standard User" works as intended. However, The user now able to edit their own permission and grant all admin access.

Can we set the "Print All Assigned" as a part of "View" instead of "Edit"? Or is there any workaround to let user access "Print All Assigned" asset without giving them "Edit" right?
