Remove Expected Checkin Date from Mail if the value is zero

When we try to Checkout any asset. We get Expected Checkin Date. We don't get every time to enter the date on this fields. It depends on the situation so we leave it empty if we don't use that.

I concern if we checkout we get mail notification to mail id then we can see Expected Checkin Date row with no value in the table that can be removed if the Value of Expected Checkin Date is null/zero
