[Feature Request]: Enable "Requestable by Users" for Other Asset Types (Consumables, Licenses, Peripherals)

Hello,

Currently, in Snipe-IT, the "Requestable by Users" feature is only available for asset models. However, we would find it extremely helpful if this feature could be extended to other asset groups, such as consumables, licenses, and computer peripherals.

This would allow end users to request items from these asset types directly, streamlining asset management and user interaction.

Could you please consider enabling this feature for additional asset groups?

I would like the "Requestable by Users" feature, which is currently only available for asset models, to be extended to other asset categories. Specifically, I would like to see this feature enabled for:

Consumables
Licenses
Computer Peripherals
This would allow end users to request these types of assets directly through the system, just like they can with asset models. This change would simplify inventory management and improve the user experience by making the request process more streamlined across all asset types.
