Here is a PR to update the dependencies
updated dash so it's >=2 since dash 3.0 should be released sometime soon. There are no known breaking change in dash 3 that effect markdown2dash.
updated dmc>=0.14 We will soon be doing major releases that match the upstream mantine version (currently 7.14.3) so didn't want to limit the upper range to the current 0.15

docutils!=0.21because I was getting an error when doing poetry update. See Excludedocutils!=0.21as a dependency apache/iceberg-python#615bumped the version to 0.1.2
