About this clean guitar - i think its in contributions folder (name is clean guitar.opli)* but I'm not 100% sure
Looks like when you added my patches you didn't implement some of them, like new glockenspiel or finger/pick bass
*EDIT - clen guitar.opli is earlier version of that clean guitar from "my" GENMIDI, that was tweaked

maybe... GENMIDI.zip
contains just some instruments from tr-808 drumkit, orchestra timpanis, rest are just placeholders
also some melodic instruments such as "better" finger/pick basses, bassoon, clean guitar, glockenspiel etc...

Also I noticed you have wrong MSB/LSB values
When setting GS bank you should change MSB value, not LSB, see Wohlstand's comment on #38
