add support for Arch Linux builds

we have support for quite a few platforms:

but not for arch linux

there seems to be support for electron forge arch, but this issue isnt clear on how to do it. please help!

FYI someone created an AUR package for Arch Linux: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/godmode

It's partially working for me :)
