Support the SCD4x sensors

Support the SCD4x sensors by using their official driver from https://registry.platformio.org/libraries/sensirion/Sensirion%20I2C%20SCD4x

we already did that and even have a sample pcb inside the pcb folder. Please Note: The magnet seems to interfere with the mems microphone inside the SCD40, especially during attaching and detaching.

Hhmm, odd...for some reason I must have been working on an outdated version. I only just realized that the SCD40 driver is listed in platformio.ini.
