Description
All reusable workflows from smdn/Smdn.Fundamentals are separated into a new repository smdn/workflows-dotnet.
This Pull Request re-adds files that were not included when separating the repository from
smdn/Smdn.Fundamentals.Additionally, the purpose is to explicitly record the point at which they were separated.
