Description
フォークのデタッチ (smdn/EchoDotNetLite#61) にともない、旧リポジトリのPR smdn/EchoDotNetLite#1 へのリンクが失われた。
本PRでは、 smdn/EchoDotNetLite#1 についての記述をREADMEに追記すると同時に、本PRと同PRを相互にリンクさせる。
これにより、旧リポジトリの smdn/EchoDotNetLite#1 にて確認される妥当性・正当性を、本リポジトリでも維持し、確認できるようにする。
