feat: add Broadcasts API to SDK - #22

Adds smashsend.broadcasts with create/list/get/schedule/cancel/sendTest, mapping the public /v1/broadcasts endpoints. Requires the Email API add-on, a verified workspace and the early-access flag. Also fixes VERSION in src/constants.ts, which was pinned at 0.2.5 while the package published as 1.19.0 - every request sent a wrong User-Agent.
