Minor optimizations when deleting guest customers

• Catch exceptions when deleting guest customers via maintenance page.
• Add a setting to specify the number of customers to be deleted due to timeout issues (see the take parameter).
• Add a hidden setting for DbCommandTimeout specifically for this guest customers deletion process. If there are a large number of guest accounts, this value may need to be increased to prevent timeouts.
