Payone: Option to fully change the appearance of payment methods in checkout payment list

Ideas:

• Make Plugin.FriendlyDescription HTML capable and always render it in checkout.
• Add PaymentMethod.FullDescription for HTML capable text.
• PluginMediator.GetBrandImageUrl not appropriable for checkout payment image.
• Render PaymentInfo for non-interactive payment methods where Plugin.FriendlyDescription PaymentMethod.FullDescription is empty (as default\fallback).
• Render PaymentInfo for interactive methods if it was selected (as it is now).
• Payment method edit: create a stand-alone page, no popup anymore. Already solved.
• See ShippingMethod.Description and add a HTML-Editor for it.
