Show delivery time if out-of-stock orders are allowed by attribute combination

Repro: Stock by attributes, no pre-selected and no required attributes. "Product not available" is displayed initially if product stock is 0.

Reason: There are no selected attributes, means no data merging and a fallback - and that's a bug - to product stock -; a bug cause it conflicts with ShoppingCartService.GetStandardWarnings and ProductService.AdjustInventory.

Solution: No stock warning in that particular case.
