Quantity Resets to 1 After Radio Button Attribute Change

For example: 
I have a product which has three attributes. As the buyer, if I wanted to buy 5 of one attribute, but then change my mind to the other attribute, it changes the set quantity to 1 (probably the minimum amount for the product)
