Page Header Picture

Since I've installed the theme, I've been trying to add a picture to the header of a page. When adding to the (blog page) post, it goes to default size like how the theme looks in the preview picture. But there's a 2nd smaller picture, of the same picture of the header. It looks like it has two pictures on top of each other.

How can I add a picture to the header properly? Not sure if it's a bug, or if it's the way I am doing it.

Figured out a way to do it. I've added a picture via the admin panel post page. I've uploaded the picture, but did not link to the actual post. The picture shows on theme header. When I place a few
tags down below each other, the picture increases in height.

Whether this is the proper way to do it, I'm unsure, but it works!
