Add max/min reading to HOPR/LOPR fields

Having this max/min field set helps better configuring the OPI display, giving it a proper range to show the read value.

From the IPMI specification, what is the difference between Normal Maximum and Sensor Maximum Reading and Normal Minimum and Sensor Minimum Reading? Why are we using one instead of the other for LOPR and HOPR?

That is a good question. I have take a look at the specification and my notes and do not know the definitions of these two sets of maximum/minimum values.

@henrique-silva, could you clarify why Sensor Maximum Reading and Sensor Minimum Reading are more appropriate than Normal Maximum and Normal Minimum for LOPR and HOPR? Thank you!
