Refactor k2tf to allow third parties to use k2tf.

Currently k2tf is entirely in the main package. The current setup does not allow a developer to reuse the k2tf code.

I request k2tf to be refactored such that a developer can reuse k2tf in their own code.

Agreed - the code does need refactoring. With the last few PRs/ releases I've started moving chunks of code out of the main package into separate packages, but the core HCL conversion still needs refactoring. I'll continue to do this work as time allows.
