github plugin fail

when using github plugin：
leetcode submit 1.two-sum.py

it shows:
```
/usr/local/bin/leetcode submit <filename>

Options:
  --help  Show help                                                    [boolean]

Parameter 'url' must be a string, not undefined
```

I found its wrong in github.js
