SK-2018: Added Deidentify and Reidentify text detect public interfaces for sdk v2

Why

• Currently, the Node SDK does not support the Detect Deidentify and Reidentify text service APIs. This lack of built-in support forces developers to create custom solutions or make direct API calls,

Goal

• The goal of this PR is to implement the Deidentify and Reidentify text interfaces for the Detect service in the Node SDK. This will provide developers with a consistent and reliable way to use these APIs without needing to implement custom solutions.

Testing

• Unit tests have been added to cover all scenarios for the Deidentify and Reidentify text interfaces.
