System controller is not accepting multicast messages #2331

Describe the bug
System controller is not accepting multicast messages sent to mc/sfe.all
blocking senders from delivering new messages.
How To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Connect a podman site to a k8s site
- Install the system controller (2.1.2)
- Restart the router container on the podman site
- Observe send timeouts on the kube-adaptor
Expected behavior
- No issues observed on the kube-adaptor component
