Why:

Update Example use in README.md
Related to #5 and bb17983

What's being changed:

Add a base_branch_name line

Check off the following:

  • For workflow changes, I have verified the Actions workflows function as expected.
  • For content changes, I have reviewed the style guide.

@heiskr I propose that you should release this commit as v1.2.1 to fix the bug.

Oh, the version of actions/checkout in the example use should be changed to v3.
I will open another PR.
