Here are features/bugfixes you'll see in cpm v1:

• (A) Fix the long-lived critical bug completely (Race conditions possible (installation + use of modules may happen at the same time) #71, recent ExtUtils::MakeMaker has a new function _sprintf562 #178)
• (B) Do not depend on cpanminus/Menlo anymore
• (C) Add an option to Install runtime dependencies only (no configure/build/test dependencies)
• (D) Introduce a new file format instead of cpanfile that declares dependencies statically (cpm.yml / cpm-lock.yml).
