End-to-End Graph AML System & Model Risk Governance Framework

One-liner: Use graph structure + ML for AML alerting, and validate it with Model Risk Management (MRM) so it is deployable, auditable, and operable.

1. Runnable system: FastAPI + Streamlit (live feed, alert queue, evidence subgraph)
2. Auditable docs: MDD (5–8 pages) + IVR (3–5 pages) in docs/
3. Reproducible pipeline: data → features → training → evaluation → stress tests → monitoring metrics
