SLTC doesn't work in Docker on Digital Ocean

I just tested on Digital Ocean in the sitespeed.io Docker container and it fails.

So the current setup works on Ubuntu, running in Travis but not in Docker OS X and in Docker Digital Ocean. I think we should rollback to the first version where it works in Docker for OS X test that on Digital Ocean too. Ping @beenanner fyi.

Agreedo let's revert to the last known good version in DO and I can run a few tests in AWS as well.

Yes, lets create a branch and try it out later this week. The thing is that I'm pretty sure that "that" version didn't work using Docker in Travis :/
