This appears after upgrading KeePass from version 2.60 to 2.61. The stored credential is erased.
After reverting back to KeePass 2.60, the credential entry is recreated and login though Windows Hello is fine again.

Got the same issue after upgrade to 2.61 but only on face bio metric windows hello, pin works.

Seems to be a security issue after Windows 11 update. Running KeePass as admin helps for me to get around this error.
