Fixes the issue outlined in #1436
Added a way to change the TLS version that is used by the
SIPWebSocketChannel. Was set to TLS 1.0 before.The default is kept on the old obsolete version.
Also wired up the
SendSecureAsyncmethod with theSendAsyncmethod so the data channel can be used with theSIPTransportclass.
