Change audit horizontal scroll behavior

Issue brought up in #413

Currently, horizontal overflow on the audit becomes scrollable. This makes it difficult to click on the info button for longer requirement titles because you must hover and then scroll. An alternative might be wrapping overflow onto a new line.
