Fix nvcr.io pytorch container auto tagging

I'm working on this one also, but adding a pointer here first.

Some containers from nvcr.io have more recent tags labeled with the sha instead of the tag: https://github.com/singularityhub/shpc-registry/blob/main/nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch/container.yaml
