[DAS-Toolbox] Refactor 'config set' command and remove interactive mode.

Update the config set command

• Remove the interactive mode, which currently walks the user through all parameters in the DAS configuration file.

• config set will instead:

  • Prompt the user to select an AtomDB type.
  • Generate a default configuration file based on the selected AtomDB type.

• Any further configuration changes should be made using the non-interactive mode or through the dashboard.
