Option to reduce spacing between lines in multi row toolbar

Steps to reproduce

• enable multi row display ( multiRowsDisplay: true )

I also made it smaller with following properties but its not enough for whole screens and on screen keyboards:
sectionDividerSpace: showBigToolbar ? 0 : 16,
toolbarSectionSpacing: showBigToolbar ? 0 : 4,

Expected results

Spacing between lines, probably wrap spacing should be configurable and reduce the space between each line
