Invert usage of suppress_errors

The suppress_errors option in the run configuration is currently the wrong way round - setting it to False suppresses Simvue errors, and setting it to True causes the errors to be thrown as normal. Need to invert this behaviour (or change the parameter to raise_exceptions or similar?)

Tutorial docs will also need updating at Tutorial > Tracking & Monitoring > Creating a Simvue Run > Configuring the Run

Turns out suppress_errors does behave correctly, it is just that the default behavior does not match that in the docs.

Docs are also wrong, implying that suppress_errors = True means exceptions are thrown which is not the case. Have updated the docs and changed the default behaviour.
