Repair Poles and Zeros Tutorial #220
Description
The docs/examples/pole_zero_fitting/ ipython note book is not running anymore.
One reason is that the function mt_metadata.timeseries.filters.plotting_helpers.plot_response has changed, and was being called by the Poles and Zeros tutorial.
ToDo:
- Get an old copy of the function before it was changed, extract needed functions and place into aurora sandbox
- Test and run the notebook
- Remove unneeded cells
- Tidy up plot_response function
