Add Survey to RunSummary

In order to support 0.2.0 processing, the Survey needs to be specfied for data access. Survey is not currently in the RunSummary, or in the KernelDataset.

• Add ability to create mth5 file_version 0.2.0 synthetic data
• Run synthetic tests on 0.2.0 to find where process_mth5 needs modification
• Add survey column to RunSummary
• Add survey column to KernelDataset
• Use Survey column in process_mth5 to access data for file_version 0.2.0 of mth5
• Update read_back_data to reference Survey
