Clean up errant print statements

The test runs of aurora have a lot of hard-coded print statements from development. These should be trimmed substantially. In some cases these can be removed, in some cases these can be removed with the creation of a github issue, and in other cases they should me made more readable.

I have been gradually adding string ["INFO", "WARNING", "CRITICAL", ] etc in the front of these so that hese can assocaite with a logging level when we add the logger.
