Create repository structure #1
Description
Set up the project structure using FastMCP best practices. Keep tools, resources, and configuration clearly separated to make deployment easier.
- Create folders: src/, tests/, docs/, scripts/ (or match infobus-mcp structure)
- Add .gitignore
- Add FastMCP V3 dependency
- Add minimal README.md
