Comments field for payment line

Description

For each payment line it would be good to be able add comment filed (for eg as popup or expandable filed that is not visible all the time or is not showing comment content all the time (only on demand).
That comment field will help in providing some basic info, context of payment e.g. if there is a loan to be paid in 24 months - then in that field comment can be put like: loan for 24 months starting from xxx-xx-xx etc. Then it is giving more useful info in one place in case if I will be wondering in next 10 months how much of the loan left to be paid or when I will end my loan following payment schedule etc.

Solution

each expense (entry) in Ocular to have an additional "comment" field (text),

the comment to be saved in the database,

to be able to edit it in the main interface next to the expense name,
