Could you please add a license?

Hi Simon! I loved the idea of this repo, and it appeared on my radar just when I was frustrated with Claude/Codex using the incorrect GHA version tag.

I forked this repo for myself and added a few other actions that I care about. I published it but then noticed there was no license in it, nor yours. 

Would you be willing to add a license to this repo?
