l10n localization of billing documents context objects (eg. date)

Hi!
It could be nice to have localized date formats (with translated names of months for instance) in pdf documents. I will send a very short PR (2 lines of code) which seems to solve the problem for dates and numbers. Let me know if it's ok.

That would be nice.

It seems it's recommended to reactivate the current (previous) language as it persists on the thread. You can use translation.override for that.
