Load daughter/back translation versification from the parent translation

For the following translation types:

• Back translation
• Daughter translation
• Transliteration
• Auxiliary translation

The versification is loaded from the parent translation. This creates a problem for Scripture Forge and Serval, as we do not have "My Paratext 9 Projects" directory that ParatextData can scan to load that information (a cursory glance at the Paratext source code has a dependency on this for resolving the parent translation).

We need to:

1. Look for the parent translation in the parallel corpora.
2. Load the versification and any custom versification from the parent translation.

This issue is dependent on https://jira.sil.org/browse/SF-3691.
