Feedback dialog: Send us a message doesn't work

Describe the bug
When you click "Send us a message" it should open a mailto link, but it doesn't, on desktop it tries to navigate to /project/{projectCode}/mailto:..., on my phone nothing happens

Expected behavior
It should open the default mail program on their device, for example gmail on a phone, outlook on a desktop or gmail depending on defaults.
