Automated Timing Adjustments and Challenge TIme Support

Improvements:

• Added guess_sync.py to try and guess the manual timing offset required to sync a chart based on two notes. Will sometimes panic or give incorrect values if the reference chart uses BAR_TIME_SET instead of TARGET_FLYING_TIME.
• Added a build profile which builds with AFT challenge time. For hard, extreme, and ex. extreme, this requires the Challenge Time mod to function proerly

Known issues:

• Weird PV timing for f2nd charts remain from previous builds

Manual Timing Adjustments and Crash Fixes

Code:

• Added support for manual timing adjustments
• Created a helper script to fix a timing issue in the Project DIVA 2nd chart of Packaged which will cause a crash when ported to MM+

Mod:

• Fixed sync errors on Solitude's End, Though My Song Has No Form, Puzzle, and Innocence
• Fixed crashing on Packaged

Known issues: Some PVs end at weird times on the F2nd compatible version, but this is likely not a regression (i.e. was not caused by this update). A fix is in the works.

Chart Fixes

• Fixed electric angel not appearing in-game
• Fixed paradichlorobenzene and SPiCa not having ex_extreme charts in F2nd compatible version

IMPORTANT: The F2nd compatible version MUST be loaded before the F2nd song pack in order for paradichlorobenzene and SPiCa to appear in-game.

F2nd Compatibility and Chart Fixes

Breaking Changes:

• Removed compatibility version that simply removes overlapping songs from the pack entirely, as it has been superseded. The new compatible now version requires F2nd song pack to be installed, however

Features:

• Added support for generating a mod compatible with the f2nd song pack

Fixes:

• Added a normalize ignore list for songs that become off-sync when using default normalization behavior

2nd and Extend Chart Pack V1.0

Initial chart packs for 2nd and Extend. Only the no chance time profile is currently finished, but a version with songs overlapping the F/F2nd/X chart packs removed has been provided as well.
