Issue Addressed
The
discv5_ipv4/discv5_ipv6fields in the /lighthouse/nat response are alwaysfalse.Proposed Changes
Update discv5 to the fixed version. Since the new version has not yet been published to crates.io, this temporarily uses a git dependency. Once it is released, I'll switch back to a crates.io dependency and open this PR for review.
