[Feature] Add authorization and ip access

Thank you for this tool and the work you've done! I've been looking for a classic forward proxy server with a web interface for displaying traffic for a long time (surprisingly, there are very few of these on the market).

Could you tell me if it's possible to set up user authorization and restrict IP access to the proxy?

For example, this could be done through the configuration or web interface (which would be ideal).
