[DOC] - Add information about 'answered'/'in-progress' status callback events #804

Describe the requested update
We would like to add a note about the behavior expected around 'answered' and 'in-progress' status callback events. We have a slight difference in behavior from Twilio here.
If you subscribe to the status callback event 'answered' , Twilio instead sends a 'in-progress' event. However, we send both 'answered' and 'in-progress'.
Reason for the request
This information is not noted, and a customer reached out to clarify why this was happening.
