Notification sound and ringtone lists don't preview the audio upon selection #14569

Bug description
When changing either the message notification sound or the ringtone, you are presented with a list of options to choose from. Clicking on any of these no longer plays the corresponding audio as a preview.
This definitely used to work so I'm assuming it's a bug. Unsure when it changed though as I don't adjust these very often.
